This year, Inspiration Dance Academy was lucky enough to be nominated as a Finalist for the category of Most Outstanding Performing Arts Business for 2019, at the Sutherland Shire Local Business Awards. This in itself was such a huge honour for us! Thankyou to every single person who voted for us to become a Finalist, we cannot thankyou enough for all of the support.
Just happy to be nominated, the IDA team headed off to the awards ceremony on the 31stJuly, at the Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club, looking forward to a fun night filled with friends and great food!
We had a wonderful time listening to all of the entertaining acts and eating lots of delicious food, and getting to sit amongst so many other incredible, hard-working business owners and their families.
When it got to our category, the Most Outstanding Performing Arts Business, we were excited to see who would win, as we were in the same category as some of our great friends from other local Performing Arts Business, including Craig from Menai Music, Miss Hayley’s husband! To say that we were surprised when our name was called out is a bit of an understatement! We couldn’t believe that we had actually won!
Thankyou to all of the incredible IDA families and customers that have helped us win this award, it certainly would not be possible without all of you being by our side the whole way. Congratulations to all of the other businesses that were nominated in the Outstanding Performing Arts category, every single business in that category was so incredible, and it was an honour to be nominated with you all!
